Payment details and accepted methods will be confirmed before your first full appointment. Payment is due by the agreed time before each session.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Sessions cancelled after this period may be charged at the full fee, except where exceptional circumstances apply.

The free consultation is a brief conversation about what you are looking for, whether your needs fall within the service’s scope, and whether the way Pratha works feels suitable. It is not a clinical assessment or therapy session.
